TO BECOME GALLERY MAGAZINE’S GIRL NEXT DOOR!

Any model who is 18 years of age or older at the time the photographs are taken may submit nude photos accompanied by the official Submission form/model release and ID. A photographer submitting photos of more than one girl must provide official Submission forms and model releases signed by each model. Submit at least five sharply-focused nude color prints or slides. No negatives or laser prints. High-resolution digital images (minimum 300dpi) may be emailed to GNDPHOTO@GALLERYMAGAZINE.COM. Please be sure to fully identify all images, in addition to mailing copies of them along with your Submission form and questionnaire. Entries become the property of GALLERY® and cannot be returned. GIRL NEXT DOOR SUBMISSIONS/HONORABLE MENTIONS: Every girl whose photo(s) appears in GALLERY’s Girl Next Door™ receives a $50 modelling fee. GIRL NEXT DOOR OF THE MONTH: Each monthly Girl Next Door will receive a professional photo shoot and a model fee of $500. Each Girl Next Door of the Month also becomes automatically eligible for the Girl Next Door of the Year ™. GIRL NEXT DOOR OF THE YEAR™: Selected by GALLERY’s readers and staff, will receive $500. The original photographer of the Girl Next Door of the Year™ will receive $250!

In accordance with these Submission rules, I hereby submit, as and for my Submission, my model information along with, my photograph for publication by GFL Publications Inc. I understand that if the Submission is chosen, a check will be forwarded to me in payment for the publication thereof. I, with full knowledge and for good and valuable consideration, hereby expressly give and grant to GFL Publications Inc., and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and/or assigns (collectively, the “Covered Parties”), forever and throughout the Universe, my consent and permission to use and reproduce, edit, alter or otherwise arrange or exploit my photograph and/or videtape performance and/or likeness as the Covered Parties see fit and at their own discretion in any and all media. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product and printed matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. I also agree that, in the event I am chosen as a Girl Next Door® of the Month, I will use my best efforts to promote sales of the issue of GALLERY® Magazine in which my picture appears, including, but not limited to, personal appearances, live, or on radio or television. I further understand that if I refuse to use such best efforts as are deemed necessary for promotion of GALLERY® Magazine, I will be ineligible for model fees to GALLERY® Magazine’s Girl Next Door of the Year™. I furthermore grant the Covered Parties permission to use my name and/or likeness in any promotion to advertise, publicize, market, distribute, exhibit and otherwise exploit my name and/or likeness in any and all media throughout the Universe forever. All of the foregoing rights are granted without any restrictions whatsoever and are without any reservations of any kind. More particularly, in granting the foregoing rights, I represent and warrant that I either own all rights to the photograph and the videotape submitted or have secured the permission of the photographer and videographer for the use of the submitted photograph or videotape contemplated by this Submission Form and Release. I hereby release and discharge the Covered Parties from any and all claims, demands or causes of action that I may now or hereafter have, whether for libel, invasion of my right of privacy or publicity, or anything else arising out of or in connection with the above-referenced use of my name or likeness. I agree that this Release shall inure to the benefit of the Covered Parties and any of their licensees, affiliates, agents, successors, assigns, heirs, executors and legal and personal representatives. I hereby represent that I am over the age of 18 years and that I have read this Submission Form and Release prior to its execution. I have not been coerced to submit, to authorize the publication of my Submission or to execute this release. I warrant that I have read and fully understand all of the foregoing. I understand and agree that this Release and any and all rights and obligations thereunder shall be governed by the law of the State of New Jersey without reference to any choice of law principles.
